The ASLMS host hotel room blocks are open! Attendees who book and stay at any of the five ASLMS host hotels listed below for a minimum of one night will receive a $350 discount on conference registration. You will need your confirmation number during the registration process.

Hotel rates are available beginning three days prior to and extending three days after the Annual Conference, subject to availability. Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

Transportation

The Savannah Convention Center is across the Savannah River from four of the ASLMS host hotels. Visit Savannah has generously worked with ASLMS to provide free transportation to and from the Savannah Convention Center by Savannah Belle's Ferry and city trollies. Please allow extra time to plan your trip across the river, as the trip can take up to 45 minutes. These transportation options will continue into the evenings to enable attendees staying at the Westin Savannah Harbor opportunities to make their way across the river for dinner and sightseeing. Both ferries and trollies will run from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM; pick-up schedules will be announced at a later date.
