    Sara Hogan, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist, fellowship-trained cosmetic dermatologic surgeon, and founder of Cosmedica Dermatology in Washington, D.C. She serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Hogan received her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She then completed a fellowship in cosmetic, laser, and dermatologic surgery at SkinCare Physicians. She previously served as Director of the Advanced Laser Clinic at the Washington, D.C. Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Director of Aesthetic Surgery for UCLA Dermatology Santa Monica and Assistant Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Dermatology at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Hogan is a frequent invited speaker at national and international conferences. She has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters in dermatology and cosmetic surgery, serves on editorial boards, and is regularly featured in leading media outlets
