Professor Chang is a well-known reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgeon. He had received his MD degree from Chang Gung University in 2000, and PhD degree for Photonics from National Chiao-Tung University in 2020. Until present, he has published more than 70 peer-review scientific articles listed in SCI, which was proven for improving clinical outcomes, and authored one book chapter. Professor Chang has also given numerous lectures at various international societies and centers and received national honorable awards. He is the past secretary-in-general of Taiwan Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (TSRM). Currently, he is the fellow member of American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), the Fellow of American College of Surgeons (FACS) and is now serving as the Professor and the Director of Laser and Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medical Center, in China Medical University Hospital, Taichung, Taiwan.
