Dr. Palmerindo Antônio Tavares de Mendonça Néto, MD
Dr. Palmerindo Mendonça, MD, is a specialist in orthopedics, regenerative medicine, and pain intervention. He earned his medical degree from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and completed his residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology at UNIFACISA. He completed a fellowship in regenerative medicine with Orthoregen and is a member of the American Academy of Regenerative Medicine and the Brazilian Medical Society of Shockwave Treatment.
Dr. Mendonça practices at the Regenera Dor Institute in Juazeiro do Norte, where he focuses on biophysical stimuli and the use of orthobiologics to treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and degenerative diseases. His clinical expertise includes minimally invasive treatments for osteoarthritis, tendinopathies, and sports injuries. He is also actively involved in research on orthobiologics and energy-based medicine for spinal cord injury patients.
Dr. Mendonça is a member of the American Society of Regenerative Medicine and has presented internationally on non-surgical treatments for herniated discs and other musculoskeletal conditions.
