Exploring the role of non-invasive imaging in dermato-oncology ex-vivo and in-vivo using novel line-field confocal optical coherence tomography (LC-OCT) for digital biopsies. The main focus of my PhD is to search for LC-OCT diagnostic features of premalignant and malignant keratinocyte-derived skin dysplasia that may be used to guide clinical decision making.
