| Translators | Attendees from countries outside the United States are welcome to bring translators to the Annual Conference to assist them with their presentation and discussion/Q&A. Please email the ASLMS Central Office at registration@aslms.org or visit the registration desk to register your translator. |

Attendee registrations are non-transferable. Exhibitor badges are eligible for transfer until May 4, 2026, at no additional cost. On or after this date, badge transfers must be done on-site. Beginning May 5, 2026, a $50 USD processing fee will be applied to each transfer of an exhibitor representative badge.
